Sell online without a payment gateway
Many small businesses are paid by transfer, cash or on delivery. You can take orders online without setting up card payments at all.
Why skip the gateway
A payment gateway means an application, documents, fees on every sale and a wait for approval. For a small shop that already agrees payment in chat, it is often more than you need.
- No application or documents to submit
- No percentage taken from each order
- You decide how and when you are paid
How customers pay you
After the order arrives in your chat, you tell the customer how to pay. You can also write payment instructions once in your store settings and they are shown to every customer when they order.
- Bank transfer or a local payment method
- Cash on delivery or at pickup
- Pay after the service, for bookings
Keep track of who has paid
Mark each order as paid in your dashboard. Your revenue is counted from the orders you marked as paid, so you always know what has come in.
Questions
Customers pay you the way you and they already agree on. Your store never asks for a card number.
Stores here do not take card payments. If you need them, you can still share a payment link of your own in the chat.
